Cara has been in the helping field for more than twenty-five years. As a therapist, Cara believes that the relationship built in therapy is important to assist the client in their healing process. Cara provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome issues that have become barriers, so that they can move forward and thrive. Cara believes that change happens when people are given the guidance they need to draw on their strengths and realize their potential to heal. Cara has watched individuals change and become successful with life challenges. Cara uses a variety of approaches to assist the client, depending on what the client or family needs.

Cara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been serving clients in various capacities of social work. Cara is an experienced Trauma therapist (Certified Complex Trauma Therapist), but offers a variety of approaches and interventions to help with the following:

  • Individuals with behavioral and sexual issues
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Relationship challenges
  • Phase-of-life changes, grief, and loss
  • Complex Trauma
  • Victims of Crime
  • Life stresses

Cara has vast experience counseling clients with depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. However, she continues to increase her knowledge and gain more skills to broaden her perspective. Cara’s diverse background enables her to offer hope to her clients who are ready to heal.

Jennifer is an experienced and supportive licensed social worker committed to helping individuals and families feel better and achieve a path to self-care. Jennifer has over 14 years of social work experience working with a diverse background of children and families. Jennifer has been a parent aide, behavioral health case manager and supervisor with children for several years of all cultural backgrounds. She has also worked on crisis teams, and counseled those of all ages with a variety of issues. Jennifer has most recently worked in a diverse high school setting, providing individual social work and emotional support groups to adolescents. Jennifer is respectful and empathetic toward each individual’s needs. Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and specializes:

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal journey, Grysell guides clients in rediscovering their strength, rebuilding confidence, and transforming past challenges into meaningful purpose. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with spiritual wellness, creating a safe space for comprehensive healing and growth.

As a Muslim Latina, Grysell brings a unique multicultural perspective that enriches her understanding of diverse life experiences and cultural narratives. Her primary goal is to create a nurturing environment where clients feel deeply supported and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, confidence, and purpose.

Janet is a licensed therapist specializing in substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Janet likes to walk beside the client on their path to recovery. Janet has been offering therapy for ten news and assists the client in finding their road to recovery by focusing on the individual.

She believes that the relationship formed in counseling helps the progress of the client. Janet focuses on a client’s personal needs and strength on their path. Janet is trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
